Are you having physical pain anywhere or do you just need to decompress from everyday life? How do you feel and what do you need help with? Bodywork and Therapeutic Massage are not one-size-fits-all, and you are not expected to know which method in my bodywork profession to choose for yourself when scheduling an appointment.

That’s my job!

Go ahead and schedule the appointment that best fits your time and budget and we’ll take it from there once you’re in the office!

I have a background and training in Medical Massage and a focused degree in Clinical Sports Massage Therapy that includes but is not limited to Neuromuscular Assessment and Treatment, Functional Holistic Nutrition, Wellness Coaching and Development, and numerous modalities like Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Medicupping, Myofascial work, Pregnancy Massage, Relaxation, and even Basic Skin and Spa treatments!

I also hold several certificates in other advanced healing techniques, none of which you are expected to understand before you come in for a session.

Your health intake, which will be completed prior to your session, our conversation in person, and your session goals (no matter what they are) will determine what we will use for tools and techniques in your appointment. If there is something very specific that you’d like, you can let me know before we begin. I’ll use the type of training that your body needs and that you are comfortable with.

My services are never meant to diagnose or treat in place of your doctor. If I feel, at any time that you may be better served elsewhere, or you could benefit from additional care with another department, I have a great list of outside resources for referral.

This gentle therapy can provide astonishing results and is a must-try. -HB

*Cupping and Medicupping can be a complete game changer for your health. Using negative pressure instead of positive pressure, cupping allows blood to flow into muscles in a whole different way. Cupping creates more space, movement, and range of motion in your connective and myofascial tissue and can greatly improve your blood and lymph circulation.

Heated Bamboo Sticks are used to create a deep state of relaxation, lower stress and alleviate muscle tension like nothing you’ve ever tried before.
